Peter J. Slocum

Peter co-founded Bayview Capital Group and has over 20 years of direct sell-side merger and acquisition experience in the middle market. Prior to starting Bayview, he was a Vice President and Principal at Norwest Corporate Finance where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and business valuations. Before joining Norwest, he was a Vice President for Western Companies, a private investment banking firm specializing in the sale of middle market businesses. Peter has investment banking and valuation experience with businesses in a wide range of industries and has appeared as an expert witness in the area of business valuation. As a co-founder, he serves on the Board of Governors of Bayview Capital Partners I LP SBIC and is a member of the General Partner. Peter has a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed real estate broker and  holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. Peter enjoys sailboat racing, iceboating and skiing. He lives in Medina with his wife and three boys.

Truck Morrison

Truck joined Bayview Capital Group in 2010 to lead capital engagements with Bayview Capital Securities LLC and to work on M&A assignments with Bayview Capital Group LLC. Truck has previously worked at several large Wall Street firms including Lehman Brothers and RBC Capital Markets where he lead M&A, equity, debt and restructuring teams across many industry sectors. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Truck was a commercial loan officer with First Bank Systems (US Bank) and prior to that was a commodity trader with Continental Grain. Truck has a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota and an MBA Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Truck volunteers much of his free time to youth sports including soccer and alpine skiing. He lives in Long Lake with his wife and three children.  

Tyler J. Purdy

Tyler joined Bayview Capital Group in 2008. As an Associate, he is involved in multiple facets of the transaction process including financial analysis, valuation analysis and research. Prior to joining Bayview, Tyler worked as a Vice President for Community Banks of Colorado in Aspen, Colorado, where he specialized in small business and commercial real estate lending. He earned an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Financial Economics and Environmental Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. He holds a Series 7 securities license. Tyler enjoys skiing, golf and cycling.
